The One Molecule Group is proud to announce that PSF Lab, a software program that calculates the illumination point spread function of a confocal microscope under various imaging conditions, is now available in version 3.0.
For the first time, PSF Lab is now also available as a 64-bit version for Mac OS in addition to the 32- and 64-bit versions for Windows. The graphical user interface has been completely redesigned using tab-like panels, which make the program layout much more compact. It now fits smaller laptop screens and will run without compromises on Windows laptops (1024×768 pixels and higher) and Mac notebooks (1280×800 and higher).
PSF Lab has been first released in February 2010. Since then, it has been downloaded almost 700 times and is used in more than 50 countries worldwide. The new version can be downloaded from the Software section.
